    • Supported Rectifier Station operations distributing incoming 13.8 kV power safely across the plant, including auxiliary power distribution to all plant sections.
    • Monitored AC-to-DC conversion across 4 voltage regulators supplying 2 main cell lines.
    • Executed preventive maintenance on 85 MVA voltage regulators and Westinghouse rectifier transformers (12,410 / 16,540 kVA) and substations.
    • Performed megger testing to identify dielectric breakdown on power transformers and substation equipment, preventing unplanned downtime.
    • Carried out troubleshooting and fault rectification in the plant power system.
    • Supported Carbon Operations maintenance of conveyor belts, crushers, anode mold formers and induction furnaces.
    • Conducted LOTO field audits on Motor Control Centres and took part in plant-wide safety audits.
